Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my number?
No. You connect your current WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. Your customers keep writing to the same number.
What if the bot doesn't know something?
It doesn't make things up: it tells the customer it will check and, if needed, passes the conversation to you. Your answer becomes knowledge for next time.
What if I want to answer myself?
Press “Take over” in the chat, or simply reply from your phone: the bot goes quiet. If you stop writing for a while, it takes over again. You can also turn it off with a switch.
Can my number be blocked?
The QR connection is not the official WhatsApp one, which is why we are careful with campaigns: slow sending, only to people who already wrote to you, with daily limits and automatic opt-out. We are also preparing the official connection.
Does it understand voice notes?
Yes. It transcribes the customer's audio, replies and, if you want, answers with a voice note too. You see the text under the audio.
Which languages does it reply in?
In the language the customer writes in: Spanish, English, Portuguese, Arabic, French… with no setup.
How long does it take to set up?
